Energy Solutions

Pentarch Offshore Solutions is recognized as global leader in offshore energy solutions, specialising in Construction, Staging and maintenance support for offshore wind. With world-class expertise, we provide innovative and environmental solutions tailored to both deep and shallow water installations. Our specialised kelp deployment device designed to increase marine diversity and kelp reforestation during the deployment scour protection for offshore jacket and monopiles will add value to developers looking for a carbon reducing and environmental solution to the their project installation, this is just another support addition the pentarch offshore solution team is supporting for Australia’s transition into sustainable offshore energy future.

Environmental Marine Solutions

Pentarch Offshore Solutions is a leading provider of innovative environmental solutions specializing in erosion control and scour protection for coastline and offshore wind projects. With a focus on sustainability, our initiatives leverage cutting-edge technology and natural resources to restore ecosystems and promote long-term environmental health. We are proud to offer tailored solutions that include the use of rock bags specialized, seeded structures deployed to combat erosion while providing a habitat for marine life. These rock bags are sourced from our own granite quarry and ship loader facilities, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality material for projects across the globeOur commitment to environmental stewardship extends to carbon sequestration through the use of kelp growth. We provide deployment units that connect with rock bags, fostering kelp cultivation for commercial applications. This initiative is part of our wider efforts to tackle the effects of climate change, where kelp’s ability to capture carbon is a natural and effective solution. In collaboration with our Oceans to Earth, the first Australian company to have government approval to process marine waste and dedicated to creating sustainable natural fertilizers, while working to create sustainable circular environmental solutions. Our Permaculture and carbon division is committed to delivering eco-friendly, innovative approaches that protect our planets most vital ecosystems and support the growing demand for sustainable solutions in offshore and coastal industries.

Port of Edrom Marine Terminal

Australia’s third deepest natural deepwater port on the eastern seaboard. The Port of Edrom is the gateway to Bass Strait’s decommissioning and oil and gas industry.

Located within 120 nautical miles from the Gippsland Basin, Twofold Bay is a sheltered bay with low marine traffic. These berths are serviced by Pentarch Logistics which provides container and break-bulk loading, storage, cranage, and heavy transport logistic and stevedoring services.

Hardstands and undercover areas in the adjacent 90ha industrial-zoned Pentarch site are available for marine contractors to store project materials and equipment required for decommissioning operations.

The site is able to handle retired assets (including subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF) and pipeline materials) to large scale decommissioned platforms and jackets in conjunction with future site expansion plans.

The Port of Edrom can facilitate first point of entry service (FPOE) and bio-security requirement for international vessels looking to berth into Australia.
